My iPhone 3G S

An iPhone was something I always figured I’d want but never go out and buy. With the release of the new iPhone 3G S the allure of the iPhone became too much and I caved on Sunday when I was in Red Deer for father’s day, three days after the release.

Apple has won this round and the future isn’t looking too good as I’m planning to save for a MacBook Pro.

I might as well accept that Apple is going to take lots of my money.

I did feel bad about leaving my KEYBO though. That phone was good to me and I have no complaints about it. I’m selling it and my 32 GB iPod Touch as well so if you’re interested let me know.

(totally wrote this post from my iPhone btw)

Checking my email today I found there was an alarming amount of Flickr notifications about people commenting on and favorite-ing some of my pictures. When I logged in to check my stats I saw that I had over 2500 hits for today alone, with over 2000 of them being from this picture. Looking at my Flickr Stats page when I got home (and had the internet installed. WOO!) I saw this:

I’m not sure why it thinks it’s tomorrow, but the stats I’m talking about are for June 4th.

Looking at the referrers, it seems all the hits originated from that Door Note picture being featured in a Flickr Blog post.

I doubt I’ll ever see these kind of stats again. Unless I starting taking really really great photos:P
